Using a single unit in several instruments (tools and rules) I am deliberately realigning the viewers’ perception of an object occupying another object. It this case, the aluminium tube cut into sections and orientated to articulate volume (negative and positive simultaneously) rests on a board cut and scored with the conclusion of the viewer witnessing a unique platform. It defines the space it holds while determining the circulation of a journey, in a graceful play of material upon surface, a presence that is in constant fluidity.
